FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

For questions about your order, please use the "Contact Us" form. Make sure you include your order number with your query.

We try to respond to all messages within 24 - 48 hours. 

When will my order be dispatched?

Your order will be dispatched within our current processing time of 7 - 9 working days. 

We do however aim to dispatch orders as soon as possible. 

When will I receive my order?

Domestic orders: orders to the UK are shipped via Royal Mail and depending on the type of shipping you selected at checkout, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • First class (no tracking): 1 - 3 working days
  • Second class (no tracking): 3 - 5 working days
  • Tracked and signed for (tracking provided): 1 - 3 working days

International orders: orders to the rest of the word are shipped via Royal Mail and depending on the type of shipping you selected at checkout and your location, the estimated delivery times are as follows:

Europe:

  • International standard to (no tracking): 5 - 7 working days
  • International tracked and signed for (tracking provided): 3 - 5 working days
Rest of the world:
  • International standard to the rest of the world (no tracking): 7 - 10 working days
  • International tracked and signed for (tracking provided): 5 - 7 working days

Please note that these dates are just estimates and your order is not guaranteed to arrive within the estimated time-frames. 

If your order qualified for free shipping at checkout, it will either be sent to the UK by Royal Mail 2nd class or International standard. 

My order has not arrived!

If your order has not arrived within the estimated time-frame mentioned above, we sincerely apologise for the delay. Sometimes it takes a little while longer and unfortunately the postal system is out of our control. 

Sometimes it can take up to 15 working days for orders to arrive and packages are not considered lost until they have not been received after 20 working days. If you have not received your order after this time, please use the "Contact Us" form to message us and we will do our best to resolve the issue for you. 

Tracked service:

If you selected a tracked delivery service at checkout, please check the tracking number provided to find out the location of your order. If you have queries, please contact your local post office and if they cannot resolve your issue, please use the "Contact Us" form and we will do our best to assist you. 

There is an issue with my order!

If you are unhappy with your order, please use the "Contact Us" form to message us. Be sure to include your order number and issue and we will assist you as best we can. 

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns so please get in touch!

I would like to cancel my order!

Cancellations are accepted but if your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately your order cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Custom orders

Depending on our capacity, we do accept custom orders so please contact us with a description of what you are looking for and we will revert to you. 

 

POLICIES:

By using our website, you (the visitor) agree to allow third parties to process your IP address, in order to determine your location for the purpose of currency conversion. You also agree to have that currency stored in a session cookie in your browser (a temporary cookie which gets automatically removed when you close your browser). We do this in order for the selected currency to remain selected and consistent when browsing our website so that the prices can convert to your (the visitor) local currency.
